Accomplishing The Impossible
Ardi didn’t give up and did his very best, to make a team to join the little kids league in less than 30 hours. He did that all by himself and of course help from kids playing on that team, AND me.
The process involved having copies of ID card, a health report, parents permission and giving 3 pictures for every player. And of course it wouldn’t be easy to make it organized for kids this age, but thanks to these kids being helpful and intelligent, the process did go smooth. and really successful, for once!
Now Ardi has to manage a team consisting of 13-14 year olds in an unorganized local tournament every week and 10-11 years old in a nationally organized league competition, also every week. One might say equally tough, but I tell you those 10-11 year olds are much easier to work with. Contrary to popular belief.
While at the field, I also had a short 30-45 min. individual/two player training with Fatih which was pretty good.
