Looking Suspicious, My Friend

So the big big training for the 10-11 year olds started at 9 am and went quite well, except having ONLY two balls for the entire 30-something squad is nowhere near enough and that was evident today.

After that, I went back home for some rest but Ardi went to the scouts meeting thingy at 1 pm. There the manager promised him legal working conditions plus work permit, for him and possibly me (trust me, nobody EVER proposed something like that to us. that’s like gold.)

Then as scheduled was the parents’ meeting at 5 pm with the Scouts and ALSO the club manager at the same time entering the small meeting where only 2-3 parents came. Then he proceeded to say stuff that were opposing what he initially told us.

He had promised to get small balls for the 10-11 year olds:

He didn’t! instead he said you can gather money from kids yourself and get some, in time!

Then was the scouting club membership:

He had promised Ardi and I free memberships with good conditions, now he says it’s 50 TL per member!

He also told Ardi that he’s gonna make him the manager of grassroots. He hasn’t done anything in contrary to that yet but what else is he gonna do? Just come out and say: “Hey! idiots! I got you all covered, in my dirt!!!”

First promises then denials, now can we trust this guy? only time will tell.
