A Much Needed Break

We paid attention to a very important thing today: Taking a break after a long week.

Of course I didn’t skip my daily running and training. Even though in fact I skipped with a rope and moved up my personal record with it.

Then was time for big long running near the beach — though the beach was so dirty that nobody would dare to actually swim there. Just long walks and jogging. And in my case, running. I also found a park near the beach that allowed me to practice the whole exercise they would give at KMP trainings: jogging, taking the skipping rope, skipping and making it to the next check point and finally doing forward rolls to the finishing point. Despite the park being a dirty place as well, it was all fun.
