A Tournament’s End

I started the day with a 45-min non-stop running around the field and then on the ball training, until 11:30. After that had some food and rested a bit.

Then at 12:30 we gathered for the kids game and they lost 8-1 to the team they could have won 10-0 against. With everybody not doing what was expected of them except one or two players.

They lost 7 games and won once out of 8 tiresome games (much more tiresome for the coaches rather than the kids).

“I guess now we can go back to our normal lives” was something the star player of the team actually said, which is quite true.
