You Need This!

We were invited to an invitational only Istanbul Ofspor game, organized by Mahmut the coach. 18 people total turned up, including the coaches who also played.

7 vs. 7 meant 4 people were going to be subs. But not me. I started in the first 7… as a freaking fudging faultering Left Back. Still I managed to do what I magically do best when I’m being played wrongfully as a defender: Score with my left foot! Even I was amazed by that. I mean, come on I beat the tall goalkeeper by targeting the very very edge of the goal. But then Ardi’s team beat us 7-6 (I think) and it was a big shame as if I was a forward we would have won by far. And I never even said anything because I know this fires me up for tomorrow’s KMP training. I’m gonna run. I’m gonna score. I’m gonna do what I wasn’t allowed to do today.
