Screwed By Own Coach

Bayern have lost the Champions League final after poor decisions by Van Gaal. One of which being focusing on Arjen Robben ONLY and only besides knowing that the opposition have a coach that would analyse the team and block the wings. Also Demichelis screwed up again and again to make sure Inter Milan not only got a comfortable victory, they could celebrate in style too. Good job to Inter Milan and I hope Van Gaal would learn something from his student next year!

One Last Moment — One Last Chance. Here We Go!

It’s been a long season. A hard season, a fun season and more importantly a glorious season. Nothing can change that. But it can be a HISTORIC season with a win by Bayern tonight. Although everything can go either way, Bayern will fight to the full to beat Inter Milan. Here’s all the videos you need, by order, to see what happened this season. Have fun!

Get Your Windows Running In 9 Steps

You may wonder how you can have your new windows that you just installed up and running. You might know what you need, but you may not recall it all at once so here’s a checklist of most stuff most people install on their new windows installation.

1-First off let’s begin with drivers:
My suggestion is to install the sound and then the video driver first and then the rest.
You can probably find the proper drivers on products CD or manufacturer’s website.
In case you couldn’t here are 2 very useful places that offer thousands of drivers for free.

2-Updates:
To download updates visit: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and/or enable automatic updates.

3-Modify Services:
well you can modify the services so the ones you do not actually need will not run and you will save some processing power and make your pc run way faster by just stop services that you do not use at all. To do this: Go to Start > Run > Type “msconfig” without the quotes. There you can change the contents of the Services and Startup tabs. While in Services, check “Hide All Microsoft Services” to make sure you’re not disabling the wrong service. But there are some services that are made by Microsoft and are often not needed by the usual user. For example, if you don’t ever use a Printer, you can disable the “Print Spooler” service. Remember, don’t change a setting that you don’t know whether it’s going to turn something useful or not. It’s better to leave those options as they are in those circumstances!

4-Browsers: we recommend installing at least firefox and internet explorer together. As there are websites that are supported better on one of them and also to have a good backup browser no matter what browser you use.

Firefox

IE

5-Anti-Virus:

One of most confusing parts of setting up a new windows is the anti-virus, people try to use untrusted pirated versions and sometimes end-up having to install the windows all over again just because they don’t want to spend a buck on this department, so our recommendation for a free but legit anti-virus would be this one, we are using it for all our clients and so far no complaints.
it comes in different languages.

AVG Free

6-WinRAR: you will need this one to un-zip zipped files or make them as these days many of downloads tend to come in that format.

7-Browser Add-Ons: Little tiny but important stuff that makes your web surfing experience more colorful.

Flash: the most common ad-on on all browsers that helps you play games or watch animations on webpages

Shockwave: a plug-in for gamers. Well, mostly.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Nowadays most of ebooks, receipts, forms and all sorts of documents tend to come in the PDF format and you will need acrobat reader to open them.

Java:
another plug-in that lets you open applets including 3D games on your web browser.

Silverlight:
microsoft’s competitor for adobe flash with its use getting wider you will need it sooner or later.

8-Codecs: We always feel bad when we can’t open videos on our new windows while the old one could open all of them and we run around trying to install new programs just to open them well sometimes those programs come to no use, in most cases though installing codecs is the solution as windows media player will be able to use them to open those files here are a list codec packs that can take care of most video files.

Community Codec Pack: This one covers most of codecs that are around.

DivX: The famous video format although cummunity codec contains an old version of this codec you will need to install this again in order to be able to open all divx videos.

QuickTime Lite: Quick Time is very common but sometimes not common enough to have it all installed, this lite version makes you be able to open .mov files without installing the
full version.

On The Phone While On The Treadmill

Is turning into a usual habit for me and while some are neutral about it, others support me doing this and some others are shocked by it.

Anyways, it was a day of balancing the finances and… wait for it… wait for it… GETTING MY SHOE BACK!!! OMG!! I got it! Thank you, shoesalesman!

Tomorrow is Bayern’s showdown with Inter Milan, let’s do it guys!

Go Around Town — Fix Everything Up

It was all about going around friend’s places and everywhere today as I also had a double run.

Two days to Bayern’s Champions League final with Inter Milan!

Und… und… TOR!!! Aggregate Win A Reality!

Thanks to 2 opening and closing goals from me, the latest being a wonderful goal from distance, we have completed a come back from a 3 goal deficit loss with a 4 goal difference win! This is incredible and so was my last goal which won us this game! Incredible, amazing and lots of emotions! After 6 months of hard training, this was the first and until now the only game I could fix everything up and have an impressing performance in!

Double Run & Double Fun

A game for tomorrow has been announced. 90% sure to be played.

Also had a double running session for missing last night’s.

Got around to play some PS2! Very nice also!

Things You Should Do Before A Soccer (Football) Game To Ensure You Will Have A 100% Performance

Here’s the 10 things you should consider before playing a football game

It has happened a lot to me that I was in form, I had mostly everything right but something went wrong in the last minute and that little detail made me lose my performance and game.

So here’s a how-to or perhaps a guide to make sure you’re on your way to a great performance without any hurdles!

Read on to see what you should do!

  1. Get a good nights sleep. Sleep AT LEAST 8 hours straight. If you have less sleep from yesterday, then sleep at least 10 hours for maximum performance.
  2. Remember, if you’re finding it hard to sleep the night before a game, it’s probably because of the stress caused by the game and the thoughts rushing in to your head. Just tell yourself that the only thing you need to do now to win tomorrow’s game is sleep well.
  3. If you have a game in the morning, the most important meal that you can have is the meal you have the night before the game. Yes, you heard it right. Not the breakfast, the last night’s dinner. But wait a minute, it doesn’t mean you should stuff your face with food the night before. That would only make you puke or unable to sleep. What I’m talking about is usual amount of food filled with carbs that will provide energy to your muscles, not a lot of useless food to just eat.
  4. Eat a good breakfast. Corn flakes and milk is my personal choice. You can add a piece of cake without frosting or cream or basic cookies and biscuits. But again, don’t stuff your face with food. Eat as you always do, just the needed amount. Unless you want to get sick.
  5. One of the MOST important things to consider is the time that you eat your last meal before the game. It should not be anything less than 3 hours, or else you face the risk of getting stomach ache or throwing up during the game.
  6. Not only should you eat more than 3 hours before the game, but you should also chew your food well to help the digestive system do its work faster and give you the energy rather than have a filled stomach and no energy (or blood in your head!)
  7. It’s true you should eat more than 3 hours before the game, but it doesn’t mean you can’t drink after that time. You can, and you should actually. Drink sports drinks and water before the game as you feel you need them. But don’t just run into drinking energy drinks, alcoholic drinks or carbonated drinks. While most of those mentioned are guaranteed to ruin your game, some are very likely to do so. So I’d say prevent them all. Also, there’s the discussion about whether you should drink coffee before the game or not. The answer is very complicated. Does your body tolerate coffee? If yes, read on. If not, don’t drink it. If it does however, you should think whether you can afford a little bit of added heartbeat to get more focused in your game. And remember, if you have a heart condition NEVER try having coffee or caffeine before a game. I personally have coffee for the times that I’m not 100% focused, but if I am already then I don’t go for the extra caffeine.
  8. This might sound as a funny advice, but if you want an optimum performance you should go to the toilet as often as you need it. Yes, not emptying the bladder enough has ALSO caused me some setbacks in some games. So remember, go to the toilet as long as you need it before the game. Set aside a time for that too!
  9. Know your teammates  style of play, know what they are capable of and if you’re in a team that has a coach, always try to do as the coach says. After all, he should know the players better and has analysed the best for the team.
  10. Last of all, I’d like to say you should always think about the safety part in your games no matter where you play or how you play. Use shinguards, ankleguards, gloves and other safety items available according to your need. Make sure you always have medical kits available in case of an injury to anyone and make sure you have fun! That’s it!

Another Scandalous Refereeing Decision Right In!

So in last night’s game, in which I played mostly as left back (not at all where I can play) and then left midfielder (nope, not this either, I’m a striker), I have proven that the referee’s decision to give a throw-in to the opposition after one of them tripped me and the other fell on me was DEAD WRONG. The referee was the coach of our team, too.

So let me put it this way: The midget coach substitutes me as a left back, I fail at playing in there and asks me WHY in which I laugh at him. Also, as he is the referee, he has 3 decisions against me. One of them being the one involving a tripping of me and then falling on me. This has also caused me injuries in both knees. So I have this to say to the guy who screwed up my return: Fuck you. Yeah, I said it. Fuck you ‘OF OF OF’! That’s what he likes to call himself.

Ribery Is Out — CAS To State Reason

Ribery Appeal

As surprising as that sounds, CAS didn’t change ANYTHING at all about the UEFA decision for Franck Ribery. They said they will explain why, BUT that’s not what matters anymore. We know UEFA made a terrible decision and we know CAS also accepted it. Now time for Pranjic to step up and show who he is just like he did in Turin. Killer passes, killer shots and killer crosses… Danijel Pranjic. Also… 4 days to the final!
