Leg Training Day Successful

Despite a knock – well a bit more than just a knock – picked up from the game that made me delay the leg training by 2 days, everything went smoothly.

Is the worst and need to improve. Let’s go for it with the on the ball training tomorrow.

Recovery De Post-Game

Was needed and so that meant the regular leg exercises on Monday were moved to Wednesday.
Full performance is the least expected and that’s why.

Match Report: 12-9 Defeat‏

It started as bad as it can get for us going down 5-0, but I think we played extremely well to get the deficit down to one goal, although we failed to equalise through a series of chances.

Conditoning Day At Sports Centre

Self-explanatory, had a initially hard but then smooth conditioning day and that was it.

On Program & Predictions Correct

Everything was on schedule and as programmed to be, today as well.

Also, I predicted Germany will win 2-0 against Turkey in Turkey and although nobody believed it at first here it’s going that way now with Mario and Thomas Mueller’s goals until the 75th min.

Perfect Scenario In Some Sense

Made the training and boy was that a good training or what! The morning training was great.

Followed by a convincingly good evening training.

On Track Now

And kicking it good! Now to kick it tomorrow at the on the ball training.

Not Caring For Lots Of Stuff Anymore

Which is good and 3 weeks+ of not playing is bad and I WILL get back before it’s more than a month.
